If so, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in contributing to the Moore & Wright product growth trajectory by leading the development and enhancement of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into innovative product solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
There’s plenty to do in this role, you will manage the current and future Moore & Wright product portfolio alongside the development of new markets with the overall objective of increased sales and market share of the Moore and Wright product portfolio. You will be responsible for applying a strategic and creative approach to the development and maintenance of the product portfolio. You will gain insights into the competitor marketplace and lifestyle trends to ensure that the products maintain a market-leading position which will include attending international trade shows and visiting supply chain partners. You will conduct sales forecasting, sales analysis and manage and maintain all aspects of product development, production, and quality processes to ISO 9001 / 14001 standards.
What about you? You will have proven product management experience. You will have knowledge of managing products sourced from Asia, product performance and quality standards. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with senior managers and colleagues at all levels. You will have commercially intelligence and be results oriented. You will have the ability to work at pace and under pressure. You will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and will be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
