The new apprentices will undertake crucial roles across various technical disciplines within the company, gaining practical experience in Bowers Group’s precision manufacturing environment.

Daniel, Ethan, and Toby will spend their first year off-site at Appris, a specialist in providing engineering and manufacturing apprenticeships in West Yorkshire. Here, they will receive a strong foundation in both technical theory and practical skills before transitioning into their specialist roles within Bowers Group’s manufacturing facility.
