Bowers Group will be exhibiting a range of connected metrology solutions at Control in Stuttgart from the 9th -12th May 2023. Visitors can expect live product demonstrations to illustrate how effective data transfer between measurement equipment and applications can boost manufacturing productivity.
USING CONNECTIVITY TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY
On display will be a range of Bluetooth enabled hand tools and height gauges working in conjunction with Sylvac’s Sylcom software, showing how connectivity can improve efficiencies and reduce errors. Visitors will have the chance to see Bowers’ Made in Britain registered, digital external micrometer, DigiMic, which features advanced, built-in Bluetooth connectivity. Offering quick, simple, and highly accurate measurements, the DigiMic can be easily integrated into any Industry 4.0 / SPC system.
FULL METROLOGY SOLUTIONS PROVIDER
The Baty Venture Plus XT will also be on display. Complete with our standard zoom optics and programmable, segmented LED surface lighting, Venture Plus offers the same level of camera based functionality as every other Venture.
The use of a touch probe is optimised on a CNC system. Measurements from data points taken using the touch probe can be combined with those taken using Video Edge Detection for optimum speed and reduced inspection times.
The Baty SM350 vertical light path 350mm / 14" diameter screen bench projector will also be there to try and features a large, heavy duty high precision workstage with 250mm x 125mm measuring range and 0.5 micron resolution.
Bowers Group are also proud to exhibit our oldest brand, Moore & Wright, a range of high quality and affordable handheld metrology instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges and general workshop measurement tools.
