Bowers Group is pleased to announce the launch of the new ESEWAY 305 series of hardness testers at Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition. Available exclusively through the Bowers Group, this new generation of hardness testing machines offers 3 machine configurations for Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers scales.
The main body of the ESEWAY 305 hardness tester incorporates a load cell, closed loop force actuator that provides continuous force feedback information to the advanced electronics set. The sophisticated system successfully avoids overshoot during the test force application, and guarantees the one of the best GR & R results ever seen on a Rockwell/Brinell hardness tester. The tester also meets or exceeds ISO, ASTM and JIS standards.
Bowers Group Sales Director Stuart Millington said:
“The ESEWAY range not only has a wide test force range; its advanced algorithms, digital filter technology and state of the art electronics make these hardness exceptionally reliable and robust. We are delighted to be able to introduce the ESEWAYs at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition, where we are sure the range will attract well deserved positive attention.”
The 305R model allows the performance of hardness tests in all Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell scales, and the 305RB model adds the Brinell scales between 3kgf/29.4N to 187.5kgf/1838N in addition to the Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell scales. The EW-305 RB models are supplied with a separate Brinell measuring microscope which offers Brinell optical testing up to 187.5kgf/1838N. Operators simply key in the indent diameter and the hardness values are instantly displayed on the LCD screen.
The new ESEWAY 305 UN is Bowers Group’s latest universal hardness tester which has the same testing scales as the ESEWAY 305R/RB but with added Vickers scales. Universal models have a built on electronic microscope with various objectives and a work piece sliding table. This combination allows full scale testing; adding not only Brinell, but also Vickers scales to the field of application.
