2024 saw the launch of the Baty Venture FV, our impressive field-of-view inspection system that has introduced fast, accurate, and non-contact measurement to our product range. Its success is already making waves, with companies such as Boneham & Turner reporting impressive improvements in its inspection processes.
Equally significant was the recent introduction of the new Figura range, a huge addition to our metrology portfolio. Designed for advanced contour, surface finish, roughness, and roundness measurement, Figura addresses critical needs in surface inspection, making it an invaluable tool across multiple industries.
Our Moore & Wright brand also continued its tradition of excellence with new product releases that build on its legacy of crafting precision tools that stand the test of time. Now offering a range of portable testing gauges on top of an already vast product range, we’re looking forward to expanding the brand even further in 2025, so watch this space!
Mach 2024 proved to be one of the pivotal moments of the year, exceeding all expectations. With our largest stand to date, the event welcomed a record number of visitors. The launch of the Baty Venture FV at the event attracted plenty of guests, keen to explore the new technology. After a long time in development, it was great to see such positive reactions and hear your feedback.
Live demonstrations of our products highlighted the ease of use and accuracy of our latest technologies. The event also provided valuable opportunities to connect with customers, distributors, and industry professionals, highlighting our commitment to delivering innovative, connected metrology solutions.
Bowers Group has taken an important step in our journey towards net zero this year by calculating our greenhouse gas emissions.
This assessment allows the company to better understand its environmental impact and identify opportunities for improvement. By focusing on reducing its carbon footprint, Bowers Group aims to balance sustainability with its commitment to providing high-quality solutions for the manufacturing sector.
In 2024, we held our first ever MetCon convention, welcoming a distinguished group of valued distributors from around the world to our manufacturing facility in Bradford from during May. Visitors enjoyed an exclusive unveiling of our exciting new products, including full demonstrations, detailed product knowledge, and a factory tour.
We also extended our international presence, attending key exhibitions such as SteelFab in the UAE, JIMTOF in Japan and IMTS in the USA.
Our partnerships with global distributors flourished, ensuring that Bowers products reached industries across Asia-Pacific, North America, and beyond. These collaborations have been instrumental in bringing our products to a wider audience and supporting global manufacturing excellence.
