Bowers Group is delighted to welcome four new apprentices to its Bradford manufacturing operations. Daniel Buxton, Ethan Read, Toby Purssell, and Tyler Harrison have joined the team and are set to begin their respective apprenticeship programs, starting on the 9th September 2024.
Tom Parry, Operations Director at Bowers Group, said: "We're very pleased to welcome our new apprentices to the team. Apprenticeships are an important part of our business, giving us the opportunity to invest in young talent and support the future of manufacturing at Bowers Group. We look forward to seeing how Daniel, Ethan, Toby, and Tyler grow in their roles and contribute to the team and wish them the very best of luck.
The new apprentices will undertake crucial roles across various technical disciplines within the company, gaining practical experience in Bowers Group’s precision manufacturing environment.
Daniel, Ethan, and Toby will spend their first year off-site at Appris, a specialist in providing engineering and manufacturing apprenticeships in West Yorkshire. Here, they will receive a strong foundation in both technical theory and practical skills before transitioning into their specialist roles within Bowers Group’s manufacturing facility.
Tyler will begin his apprenticeship on-site, where he will begin with hands-on learning under the guidance of Bowers Group’s experienced professionals.
Bowers Group has a long-standing tradition of investing in apprenticeships, recognising the importance of nurturing talent from an early stage. By providing structured training programs and real-world experience, the company aims to supply its apprentices with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a rapidly advancing industry.
